Unreal Engine Quest Game
For this project, guided by my instructor, I created a small adventure game set in a bar environment. The player’s objective is to collect a key and complete a mission to finish the level. I implemented several mechanics and carefully designed the level to enhance the experience:
Mission Window: I developed a "Missions" window that tracks completed missions and provides clear guidance on what to do next, ensuring the player stays focused and engaged.
Dialogue System: To add depth to the game, I implemented a dialogue system, allowing NPC interactions and story progression to be more dynamic and engaging.
Mission Assignment: Players receive missions from NPCs through a specially designed mission acceptance window, enhancing the quest-giving mechanic and improving narrative flow.
Level Design: The bar’s design was inspired by a local bar from my hometown, which I reimagined with modern lighting and a premium feel, including features like an aquarium to elevate the atmosphere.
